The logo on desktop is not as smooth as it is on mobile (I checked on real device)

The size is right, if you look at the “O” there is little spikes around it, how to I avoid showing them, or it is just me seeing them?
The designer don’t like the look of the logo because of the spikes, is the logo too small? this is why it don’t look?
