Hello,
at first, thank you for the nice Theme.
My question is, where or how can I upload the Logo and Favicon.

Logo can be uploaded via WordPress dashboard – Appearance – Header.

Favicon can be uploaded via WordPress dashboard – Appearance – Theme Options – Main – Custom Favicon.

And I can see from miles away that you haven’t looked into Theme documentation which you can find here: http://colorlib.com/wp/support/sparkling/
