    I understand this:
    …..MEDIUM…..GET /wp-login.php – Blocked access to the login page – [bot detection is enabled] – my URL

    Did Ninja block in this case, too?
    …..HIGH…..GET /index.php – Access to a configuration file – [GET:url = xxx] – my URL

    What is the difference between
    “Blocked access” and “Access to” ?

    Yes, it was blocked. As indicated below the log “The log shows all threats that were blocked by the firewall, unless stated otherwise…”.
    Everything that has a CRITICAL, HIGH or MEDIUM label was blocked.
