Logs – SMTP Verbs required

I have logged a support ticket with Microsoft as our mails are not getting through.
The log/session transcript just shows
smtp:none:none://vinegarhill-co-uk.mail.protection.outlook.com:25
However, microsoft have requested the following information:
“we need the smtp verbs which will tell us connectivity details.”
Please can you advise where/how we can see this additional information they need? Thank you
