Long delivery method description under label

    We have a customer that uses pretty long descriptions for delivery methods. On the invoices that causes a problem. The text runs under the labels (subtotal/shipping) and causes it to be badly readable.

    Is there a fix for this? So that these texts don’t run under each other.

    Would it be possible to break up the labels and subtotal/description?

    Hi @zenimot,

    I was not able to replicate your case. I have added a new shipping method in a staging site, with a very long description, and this was my PDF invoices output:

    So, I’m wondering if maybe this is happening because you’re using a custom PDF template with an outdated PHP or CSS code. You can check which template you’re using under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Choose a template. If you have selected a custom PDF template indeed, please update your code following the one from our default Simple template (source).

    Could you also try it again with more items so you get two pages? To see if the results are the same. Thx

    Sure. Here’s the screenshot of a PDF invoices with multiple pages:

    As you can see, the total’s area look correct.
