That’s an interesting idea, but no built-in Menubar template is able to do that. You could write your own template, but that requires some programming skills.

Yes, writing a template like that would require a good working knowledge of PHP, plus of course HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
I am not aware of other plugins with that feature, and most likely I won’t be able to write it myself, because I’m not very good with CSS and JavaScript.
