also, you should NOT have a php.ini in your plugins directory.

my blog URL address doesn’t include those words. I looked at the htaccess file for the word “redirect”, but didn’t see anything…

btw, that didnt fix it, and i didnt think it would (you shouldnt have that php.ini for other reasons) .. look at the links under your recent articles.
you need to look in your .htaccess for the phrase ‘search-company’, not the word ‘redirect’.
