We have a place where our customers can add custom engraving text. This currently shows up on the packing slip, but gets cut off after a certain amount of characters. How can I extend how many characters show?

I’m not sure I understand what yo mean. Are you sure this is cut-off by the PDF Invoice plugin? Could you show an example?

Thanks! See this packing slip. The engraving text is cut off after a certain number of characters:

This is not done by the PDF invoice plugin but probably already in the meta itself (if you call this directly) or by the plugin that adds it (it would likely then also be truncated in the customers email)
