    Hello,
    im looking for a plugin like on this page:

    Questions are asked, for example about qualifications. If you don’t have the right qualifications, the process will be ended with a message. General information is also requested. It’s like a form, only more modern and simpler. Each question also has its own domain. 
    Has anyone ever implemented something like this with a plugin in WordPress? Or something comparable?

    You can use gravity forms plugin to do it Gravity forms plugin has the conditions like if its equal then show this and Its Amazing. Give it a try

    you can use a form plugin that supports conditional logics
