Looking for a Document plugin

I hope I am in the right spot, but I am looking for a plugin that basically creates a client area, is secured, and something that people can upload docs into folders etc that can be downloaded but not removed unless approved. I also want to be able to control who can see those files whether that be just that person, a client manager, or staff etc since it may contain sensitive data.

I have been looking at WP-client, but they do not offer a demo to look at live, or at least that I can see. Anybody know of another plugin that does this?
