Looking for a good statistics plugin

Hello,
I’m building a web app using WordPress and the The Events Calendar plugin (the website will be only visible when logged in).
I own a few wineries and I have to organise group visits to the said wineries. I’m going to create an account for each of those wineries and a “super-account” for myself. I’ll create private events: I’ll be able to see all the events while each winery will be able to see only the events that involve itself. (I assume that’s possible, but I have yet to try this out).

I’ll add a few custom fields (e.g. the numbers of people per visit, the tour operator who’s planning the visit, etc.) to the events.

However, what I need most is to keep track of all the statistics (e.g. the average number of visitors per month/year/winery/…, the most popular day of the week/month of the year/…, all the “visitors per tour operator” ratios, and so on…) and eventually I need to generate custom reports to show those results.

Long story short: is there a plugin that handles that sort of data (I’m referring to both the The Events Calendar plugin default fields’ values and the custom fields’ ones), shows custom statistics and generate reports?
