Looking for a particular theme

Hi.
A couple of weeks ago I was setting up a site with a lovely little theme.
It had a thumbnail type picture place at the top centre of each page.
After messing up a different site I reset my hosting wiping out this as well, thinking it would be easy to redo!
I thought it was either twenty fourteen or responsive, but it doesn’t appear to be.

Anyone seen it?
