It might be a bit limited for your needs. What exactly do you try to accomplish?
[edit] Btw, the list that you see, is an alphabetical list of all posts, but I’m not so sure that you want to make posts or will have you a description of the piece, or a scan of the music as post (or a download) or something?
What I’ve done further in that “section” is a category for styles of music and tags for artists and music labels. It’s all relatively easy.

Now my father keeps a database of the pieces, composer, category, time (if available) and code of the piece. Ans sometimes he prints the db. So I’m searching for a way to let them put the data in and some people to search after particular data.

The Yoast’s simple taxonmies plugin seems good, but not practical for me. Even a simple table that is easy to manage (add new entries) and if possible something to search the table.
