Looking for a plugin that does the following

I’m looking for a plugin that will scale my photos down on wordpress so that half the pictures aren’t missing parts\aren’t oversized.

I also want a plugin that when you click these images, it shoes an enlarged preview of the picture.

Shutter reloaded does what I want but it wont scale the photos down so they aren’t missing parts/stretched.
