Looking for a plugin/widget..static image, dynamic text specifically.

Hi there, I’m looking for suggestions on a plugin to use on http://www.faithwood.com

Specifically, where I have the 940 wide main image (in a widget area called top-a) I would like to use a plugin that will let me have that same image but keep it static, not scroll through others BUT that will let me have dynamic text across the lower portion of the image.

The text in bubble will be changed to “Wouldn’t you like to know HOW…:” and then we have a series of questions such as “to develop strategic, innovative thinking systems?” that we would like to roll through.

Can anyone suggest a plugin for this purpose as outlined, or close to what I’ve outlined. I’m flexible about how it gets done, but the two things that aren’t flexible are that we are only using that one image, that it resides in a widget area so the solution has to work there.
