Looking for a reg ex

In posts, trying to replace text in following format [2015] (or [2014] or [1997] with &#91 and &#93 for the square brackets. (To avoid mailpoet reading it as a shortcode).

Tried a few attempts at a reg ex, but each just broke the page. I am a complete beginner at reg ex. Any suggestions for the contents of Find and Replace boxes?
