Looking for a review plugin

I am looking for a review plugin that will allow me to create a page for a restaurant and people leave feedback for that restaurant. Then if they go to another page it will allow them to leave a review for a completely different restaurant.

The current plugin I am using does not seem to have support anymore and each review has the name of the website next to it and not the name of the restaurant.

Any help appreciated.
