Looking for a booking plugin

    I’m looking for a plug in that will enable me to do the following – any suggestions will be gratefully received:

    Online booking for courses
    Not online courses but to book a place on a face to face course
    Allow payment by paypal or similar or sending of an invoice
    Courses may last up to 5 days
    Be able to limit numbers who can book onto a course
    Allow cancellations
    Email contacts with those who book
