Looking for a top sites plugin

Hi, I’m looking for a “top sites” plugin that :

• Is linked to posts (where you can +1 a specific post)
• Allow 1 option voting (“support this post”)
• Allow voters to vote periodically multiple times (like once per 2 hours)
• Allow admin to reset all votes on all posts on a specific date

Is there anything like that somewhere ?
