Looking for but not found :(

I would like to create a page with custom fields (text, drop box…) and when the submit button is hitten all the informations are stored in the db but i also need to be able to extract this information from the admin interface selecting the criteria i need to see… Well i hope it is clear enough and understandable, i am french so excuse my english and thanks for your help…
