Looking for compatible membership plugin

I am currently running a site with three languages (English, French, and German) using WPGlobus and would like to add a members-only area to it (including frontend pages for login and profile).
I have tried out several plugins (Ultimate Member, Simple Membership, Profile Builder), but there were always issues with parts not getting translated and/or links leading to the wrong language.
Does anybody have a recommendation for a membership plugin that plays nicely with WPGlobus or a way to work around such issues?
