Looking for Floating Contact Form

    I am looking for floating contact form like the one used on this site.
    If anyone knows the theme used here or the plugin, please let me know. If you know of another plugin that can do a form like this please provide details.

    I have seen some similar forms, but they require click of a button to open. I want the form to be open at all times.

    The form plugin is Contact Form7. But the theme is a custom build. The effect there can be achieved with some CSS and Javascript.

    You could also search for an “Off Canvas” pluign to put the form in. That would give you a very similar if not the same effect.

    If you have used one that needs to click a button to open, I am sure there is an option to be open by default.
