Looking for plugin with multiple registration

Hi,

I am running a membership site (www.swedish2go), but want to add a feature: I would like to add the function for schools/teachers being able to register their students to my site as members. I want each student to have their own login information, but I want the schools/teachers to be able to administrate the list of their students (view, add, cancel…). Is this possible with any plugin?
