Looking for Random List Generator type plugin

    I am looking for a plugin that can randomly display a list, changing each time the page is refreshed or visited.

    I would supply the list of 10-20 items.

    I am not sure if that makes sense, but I want the order of my list to change each time the page is viewed.

    I have looked for a plugin or code to do this, but have not found it yet. Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be a HUGE help.
