Looking for Rating Plugin

Hello

I’m trying to create a gaming website, i need a plugin that will allow users to rate the post without commenting on it. I will need this plugin to show top 100 posts from all categories based on the ratings on a single page. This plugin will also need an option that will allow users to browse the posts in category by highest rated, date or alphabetical order.

Does anyone have any idea where i can find a plugin that will allow me to do that or is there any other way i can achieve this. This can be a free or premium plugin, i don’t mind i just need this done if possible.
