Looking for recommendations with a mail plugin

    Greetings!
    As the title says, I’m on the hunt for a good WordPress plugin that let you send out emails to members.

    I would like to have a plugin that can do things like:

    – Let visitors sign up for newsletter.
    – Send out mails to different groups.
    – Customizable layout options for the mail itself, HTML, CSS, import design from your WordPress theme etc.
    – Statistics, how many subscribers/members do we have, categories etc.

    I don’t mind paying for the plugin. As long as it is functional.
