Looking for registration plugin

    I’m currently working on a website for a charity race. In this race the participators start one by one, with an interval of one minute.

    I need a registration plugin that allows visitors to register for a certain time of the race. They also have to fill in their name, address, etc.
    When registered, the time needs to disappear from a list so that other visitors can’t register on the same starting time.

    Anyone?
