Looking for scrolling posts plugin suggestion

Hi all I’m hoping to find an awesome plugin do solve all my problems! I’d like to have a widget in the sidebar that gives users the ability to scroll up and down through recent posts, ive found many but none do it with thumbnail pictures only text.

Example: if you are a gawker, i09, or gizmodo fan you might remember their last lay out would have normal sized posts down the middle but on the right sidebar you could hover your mouse and use your scroll wheel to scroll down through all the posts.. those posts where small thumbnails with small brief descriptions… probably just post titles

If anyone knows of a plug in or way to achieve this, please let me know and all of your wildest dreams will come true!
