    Apologies but the sites behind a maintenance plugin . . .

    but . . . If I want to show an FAQ Search bar only without any accordion using shortcode how do I do this ? and if I want to show a FAQ Category instead of a group as a shortcode how do I do this ?

    Hi @jasonpcs ,

    1. Do you want the search bar alone to be displayed without any FAQ’s displayed? That’s not possible.

    2. You can set the “Simple accordion by category” or “category accordion” option as the “Display Mode” in our General settings.

    You can also use our shortcode builder in classic editor to generate shortcode and set it in a way that you wish to.

    To display categories, it would be something like this:

    [helpie_faq display_mode=”simple_accordion_category”]
    [helpie_faq display_mode=”category_accordion”]
