Looking for specific form/calendar functionality

I would like to be able to do the following:
1. provide a customizable online form that collections information
2. on submission of the form, email several key individuals letting them know the form has been completed and submitted
3.On review of the information in the form, click a button that will publish the information to calendar event.
4. the calendar should be able to be viewed by day, week, or month, and should allow for images, and color coding by tag or categories
5. the calendar event should be downloadable to add to the viewers calendar.
6. when using the calendar to create events from the admin portal, there should be the option to add tags and categories
7. Events should be able to be marked as recurring, allowing the admin to define the specifics of the recurrence.

I’ve done some searching online and I’ve come up with some good calendar options, but nothing that allows for the online form that feeds into the calendar event.

Any recommendations?
