Looking for specific theme

Hey there,

as I am a bit lazy I thought it would be easier and quicker to ask here than to search the web for hours. OK, so I am helping out a friend with building a site with the following design: LINK TO IMAGE

As it is a very easy and familiar design I would believe that there is a theme similar to this existing. Has anyone out there seen it?
