    I want to create several tables and have a master form look up information from these tables.

    Do you have the ability to do this. Relational?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Currently we don’t have the feature to create relational tables or have a master form look up information from multiple tables directly within WPForms. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.
