Looses responsiveness at certain resolution

First of all, thanks a lot for such clever looking theme!

Well, the theme is nicely responsive to most of the resolutions and screen sizes except 1024p x 768p on my 5:4 monitor. This is the resolution which I use all the time, and the theme flows outside the screen that need scrolling sidewords to see full content.

Please help me to solve this problem.
