I’ve just started using the AI Engine plugin. I created two chatbots (in addition to the default one) and they were embedded in two different wordpress pages and working fine. I was tweaking one and when I refreshed the UI, the second chatbot had disappeared, and it was no longer working in the page (just got a “default” chatbot). I recreated that chatbot, but a bit later the same thing happened. Could you take a look?

Forgot to say in the original message, I’m almost certain I made the additional chatbots by using the “Duplicate” action. Just saying in case that’s relevant.

Mmm, this is very weird; this is not happening to any other user, so I think it’s specific to something else.

Are you using a caching plugin? Or some kind of performance plugin? They are known to have weird side effects such as this one.

Thanks Jordy – I’m hosted on Siteground and use their SiteGround optimizer, so I can try turning that off. I’ll let you know if I still have a problem (although I’m away for a week or so, so I won’t be able to try again until then).
