Losing Team after Update

    When updating from 1.9.6 to 2.0 my teams completely reset there are no team members left and all my shortcodes are broken. I have tried exporting and reimporting my team and that does not work.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your question. Our latest version is 2.0 and the last version is 1.9, not 1.0.9. Maybe you used other plugins and it happen for the Plugin namespace issue. Please check your purchase details and contact the plugin owner.
