Hello @dominmax,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I completely understand how frustrating issues like this can be, and I truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
Could you kindly let me know if you have already contacted our support team through any of the available channels? If yes, please share the details with me so I can review them.
I’d really like to extend my full support to help get this issue resolved for you, just as we have done for many others who came to us with concerns and left with a positive experience.
I sincerely hope you’ll give us the opportunity to turn this situation around, and perhaps transform this one star into five bright stars.

As I mentioned, it was removing the sender “to” field in the Elementor form.
After switching to another plugin, the problem disappeared – so it was a compatibility issue with the current version of Elementor.
I don’t have more time to spend on this. Please let me know once the plugin is compatible with Elementor – then I’ll enable it again and, if it works fine, I’ll update my review.
I appreciate your cooperation. We attempted to reproduce the issue on our end but were unable to replicate it.
To assist us further, could you kindly provide the steps to reproduce the issue or share the Diagnostic Test Report from the Post SMTP dashboard? This will greatly help us in isolating the cause.
Once we’re able to reproduce it, we’ll be more than glad to work on a fix and release an update to address it.
