I just updated to 2.5.21 and now under the Actions tab under Main Action, “New Post” is gone. Did you get rid of that option?

I see that indeed this has been accidentally removed from the main ACF Frontend Form widget. We will fix it shortly, but in the mean time you can use the New Post Form widget
