Lost ALL Data!

    I purchased the Pro version of this table and when my subscription ran out, I noticed ALL my data went missing! I had over a year’s worth of calculations in that table and it’s ALL GONE! I don’t know if they erased my data because I did not upgrade or if it was a glitch. Either way, now I need to go back and do all the work all over again. I will not be using this plugin ever again!

    Hello!

    Unfortunately we can’t support PRO version of the Data Table plugin on this forum.
    There’s some issue, as all data from your table must be appear have you PRO version or not.

    I can’t find any ticket from you, so contact us through the internal support and provide your order details and I’ll check what’s wrong.

    That’s a good reply from the author and it makes me smile when authors get that correct here. 😉

    @tangolara I suggest you take up the author’s offer on their own site.
