I noticed this too but luckily I made the update in staging environment so was able to reverse it. Do you have SQL access to see if the data is still in the database? If you do you might be able to reimport it.
I’ve been lurking here for a while and have noticed the original plugin creators haven’t been around for a while… Hope someone is able to help with this.

problem solved: just deactivate and activate plugin. then update all downloads manually.
Thanks
Are you able to actually download the releases? Im not able to do that… granted Im in staging mode so might be that…
Ah! I missed the part where you said you need to update the downloads. That did the trick! 🙂
Same has happened for me.
Before I try de-activating/re-activating, can you briefly tell me how I go about updating previous downloads manually? Thanks for any help.
You have to deactivate and reactivate first. Then go to each release and hit save.
Thanks for coming back so quickly – so you mean the releases will re-appear once re-activated (as it shows no releases there after the update, although the download codes still work).
That’s how it worked for me. After update all releases were gone. Then I deactived and reactived (all releases reappeared but downloads didn’t work). Then I went to each release and just clicked save and all downloads worked again.
Perfect – that worked! Thanks very much for your help.
Thanks guys, that really helped me!
