• Hi,

    My client complained that no mail (2) were being sent when someone filled a form on her site.

    When I checked the site and looked in the various forms in WP, I see that all settings for mail (2) are gone!!!

    How can that happen? Is there a way to get these lost mail (2) settings back?

    Hi Takayuki,

    Yes I know how to set up e-mail with Contact Form 7.

    What I don’t understand is when I set up mail (2) for each form, that they are suddenly all lost…

    Now I am talking about 3 forms for this site. I have multiple sites with many more forms. If I don’t understand what is happening, I might loose more mail (2) at a glance for other sites too. And I’d have to set up all of them manually again as far as I can see now. That’s not “nice”.

    So I am trying to understand what happened here. And if there is a way to get all mail (2) back without having to re-create them all manually again.

    Please advise.
