Lost all my date?

    Hello. One day, my raiting plugin deactive by itself, asking for new active, and that’s how i’ve lost all my date again? Why that happened? How can i prevent it? I’m logged with email in this plugin, right?

    I’ve open my account in rating widge site and i can see few saves on Otaku.bg with my previous ratings… why it deactive and makes me to make another one? How can i return one of those saves with rating?

    Hi @qnkov, I’m not sure what triggered the reactivation process but your ratings data is safe and sound since its stopped on our end, we just need to recover your original account. Please contact our support from the WP admin > RatingWidget > Contact Us, provide all the details, including a WP admin login and FTP credentials. Our support will help you to resolve it.

    Hello, i doesn’t matter now, my previous was new too with few votes, cuz i’m losing my account active nonstop. Like i say, this is my third or four activation of the plugin, which makes new account with new datebase of the votes. I just wake up one day and notice that the plugin doesn’t show, in my admin panel the plugin isn’t turn off, but when clicking on the Rating widge tab, says Active it. I dunno why it deactive like that.
    Isnt there a way for me to do alone the change with the saves, or cuz it’s free plan, only you can do it?

    Based on your description something is deleting the plugin’s DB options. Do you have some sort of a “cleanup” plugin installed?

    No, you can’t do it yourself, it’s something that only our experienced support reps can handle.

    Nope, i don’t have plugin like that. The plugin is crashing for some reason, maybe cuz my wordpress version is 4.2.5 (cannot changei it cuz other plugins), or something else. Next time i may ask for your help to return my datebases with votes, cuz clearing them nonstop makes the plugin useless for me. Thanks.
