    ftp to site or use host’s file manager and rename the /all-in-one-seo-pack and the /search-everything plugins folders
    this will deactivate them and let you log in to test

    edit – it also looks like all of the files might not have made it – you may need to upload them manually
    see what happens when you rename the folders, though
