Just had another look and most of my followers are back… hooorah! Still missing about a quarter of them though…

Still a quarter of my followers missing this morning. Anyone have any ideas how to retrieve them please? . I use Vault Press to back up my site.

The subscribers weren’t actually missing, we experienced an issue yesterday where the counts weren’t being displayed, but the actual subscribers were safely stored in our database on WordPress.com. This issue has now been fixed. If you experience this issue again, please start a new thread and let me know, and make sure to include your site’s URL.
Thanks Richard, however, the problem has not been fixed as half of my subscribers are still missing!
All my WordPress reader followers are back (or at least its about the same number) but my email subscribers have been cut in half.
Please can you look into this as this is obviously very important to me.

Just downloaded the CSV file and it contains a lot more subscribers than my site is saying I have so the information is obviously there just not showing.
I have some important posts coming up and I need to know they will receive them.

I have been missing about 35 subscribers after losing them early yesterday. Although it has been suggested the problem of inaccurate subscriber counts had been resolved, that is not the case at http://momsgotmail.com
I am relieved to hear that the actual subscriptions are safe. I hope this issue is fixed soon, however.
