After updating to Simple Subscribe version 1.5.2, we lost all of our subscribers. How do we get them back?

lost all subscribers by upgrade? that can not be the case, did you uninstall the plugin?

subscribers are stored in wordpress database

I found them. I forgot that I had jetpack before simple subscribe and jetpack stores the subscribes on wordpress.com.
