Lost comments after migrated website

    Hello,

    I migrated my website http://clubdelecturainfantil.com from one server to another. I used the standard procedure, I mean, I got a copy of the files and a backup of the database. I uploaded the files into the new server, imported the database and it worked. But after a review of the website I figured out that it lost the comments related to this plugin.

    Is there a way to get them back?

    I still need to migrate another website using this plugin. Is there a way to keep the comments?

    Facebook Comments are not stored within the site itself but instead within Facebook’s own server. The only way they will have gone is if your permalink structure has changed. Change it back and you should be fine.

    It’s not the case, as I haven’t changed the permalinks after migrated the website.
