Please click on “Run the updater” to migrate the data. It will migrate all data from older version.

Can’t you see your all subscribers under Email Subscribers > Audience section?
Post Notifications & Newsletters are under Email Subscribers > Campaigns section.
I have been looking for the subscribers and Newsletters in Audience and Campaigns as you mention. Currently no email lists under Audience but I can now see the Newsletters under Campaigns>Manage Templates. Tried Audience>Manage Lists but still no email lists appearing

Even i also lost email list in my website when i updated this plugin today. Please help me. I have tried to find run updater but failed to do so.

Log into your WordPress Dashboard, select Emailsubscribers>Audience and scroll down to where your email list was before. Look just above and you will see the Run Updater
