Can you try the following:
- Temporarily disable all caching plugins and clear the cache
- Delete the plugin
- Remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools
- Reinstall the plugin and reconnect to your page
If the issue persists, please share your debug.log and System Status report via PrivateBin.

Can you confirm if the steps from my initial message were followed ( disabling and clearing cache, removing the integration, reinstalling and reconnecting the plugin)?
If so, please share the log again, using PasteBin, since the last one expired.

Can you try the following:
- Temporarily disable all caching plugins and clear the cache
- Delete the connection from the plugin’s page
- Delete the plugin
- Remove the Facebook for WooCommerce integration from your Business Tools
- Reinstall and reconnect the plugin
Please make sure you are already logged in as the user with all of the necessary permissions to the Business assets before trying to connect to the page.

Hi – just wanted to follow up and check if you are still experiencing this issue?
If so, temporarily disable all caching plugins and clear the cache, then delete the connection from the plugin’s page. Afterwards, delete the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and remove its integration from your Business Tools. Finally, reinstall and reconnect the plugin.
Also, make sure you are already logged in as the user with all of the necessary permissions to the Business assets before trying to connect to the page.
