Lost Connections

we have installed Blog2Social free version to test on a few of our sites. We connected to fb, twitter, linkedIn and Instagram and tested sharing posts. It worked as planned. However, a couple days later we went back into the sites and the connections to these properties weren’t there. We reconnected and tried again with success. The next day, the connection was lost again. We are wondering if there is a known conflict with another plugin or if anyone has had a similar experience and knows a solution?
