Lost Custom WordPress Theme After ‘Mass’ Update

    This weekend I visited my site only to find that all the customization that I had made to my wordpress theme were lost. It was as if the theme was updated.

    I put a lot of time and effort into my customized theme, and I’d appreciate being able to get it back. So, is there a way to see theme history and restore my cutom theme?
