No data is deleted during the upgrade. From what version to what version did you upgrade?
Camu
Thanks for getting back to me. I’m embarrassed to say but I don’t know the number. It was the most recent version before this upgrade.
There haven’t been any changes to the database lately, so it must have been something else. Could it be because of the auto-purge setting?
I’ve never touched the purge setting so that doesn’t seem to be the issue. Also, data is set to be stored for 200 days. I’ve only been using SlimStat for about a month. I tried activating and reactivating to no avail.
Do you have access to phpmyadmin? could your database be corrupted?
Can you give me step by step instructions as to how we would ascertain if it’s been corrupted? Thank you.
Also, you said the data is never deleted. Is there another way to access it that I’m missing.

If you’re getting that error, is because the tracker is not being able to write to wp_slim_screenres.
In an effort to be helpful, someone in the office just uninstalled and reinstalled slimstat. I guess I’m back to square one in terms of data – thanks for trying. Should I run the repair anyway?
Yes, just to make sure that the tables are okay.
A review for SlimStat would be a nice way to say thank you!
